Fecal Transplantation Saves the Day!
Yeah, you read right. Fecal Transplantation, the swapping of excrement from one person’s intestines into another intestinal tract. And as gross as it is, it actually worked! A “clostridium difficile” infection (giving the infected constant diarrhea, resulting in extreme weight loss followed by severe malnutrition) was obliterated by an injection of another person’s poop.
